Presented by Kurama Institute of Natural Healing and facilitated by Patricia Comer, R.M. Patricia has 28 years of meditation experience and over 18 years of instruction. The study and practice of meditation is older than recorded history. With meditation you will find your mind is more focused, your life more organized, your health regenerated and a genuine sense of well-being. The two guided sessions of instruction will teach you skills in meditation that you will be able to practice during each class and feel confident to continue practicing daily. You will learn several different methods of meditation and you will discover which feels “natural” to you. A Reiki compliment.
